Our Story

Journey Essential Oils is a small, family run business. And when I say small, I mean there are only 3 of us - Cara (that's me), my husband, Jeremy, and our youngest daughter, 8 year old Journey.

I created the website and keep it up to date, take photos, write for the blog, talk to customers, take care of social media... you get the idea. Jeremy handles everything else - shipping, bottling, and labeling. There's a lot of work that goes into any business, even our little one here in Pilot Point, Texas.

Journey helps us fill bottles and place labels, and when we are so busy we can't see straight during the holiday season, we all help fulfill orders and ship out as well. Journey also helps me create our DIY recipes you see on our blog. It is so much fun to work on these projects together and I wouldn't have it any other way.

We may not be the biggest essential oil company out there, but we are dedicated, loyal, and want to create a customer experience that you tell your friends about. We just want to make things better.

Simply put - our products are superior in quality and purity. We source from farmers all over the world to ensure that we are getting the best possible essential oils and carrier oils for our customers. We don't have an army of customer service agents, aromatherapists, or warehouse staff to make sure things run smoothly - Jeremy, Journey, and I wear all of those hats. What we offer is better than that - a commitment and a strong desire to offer the best essential oils out there at a reasonable and affordable cost. Why? Because you deserve it, plain and simple.

 

   

 

Everything at Journey Essential Oils is done by hand in our office/warehouse/work area. Our oils are hand bottled every single day. Gift sets are crafted daily by my hand or Jeremy's. And while we make mistakes at times, we do our best to right any wrongs and fix any problems that may happen.

Creating an environment where we get to do what we love and help others along the way is what makes us happy. Being able to share the benefits of aromatherapy with you is what keeps us inspired. Offering an amazing customer experience that keeps you coming back is what keeps us motivated. 

With so much stress in the world it’s easy to become overwhelmed. Essential oils ease our hurts, our emotions, and our minds. We want to alleviate some of that stress. You deserve a soothing experience, not another headache. This is our way of life and we want to thank you for being a part of it. We are so fortunate to have you as our customers and we certainly couldn't do it without you.
