GRAPEFRUIT  has been shown to work against antibiotic-resistant bacteria. it is an effective antiseptic that may also help against other infections. It is very popular in skin preparations for oily skin and acne. It helps relieve jet lag and is an essential oil that is uplifting, helps depression, eases exhaustion, and improves the memory. Grapefruit essential oil is often used to combat cellulite, it is an appetite suppressant,  reduces oil in the hair, stimulates hair growth, and works for headaches, hangovers, and mental fatigue. Because it is antimicrobial it can be used successfully on wounds and cuts.

Quick Tip #1:
Mix 2 drops Grapefruit essential oil and 1/2 teaspoon carrier oil. Massage into areas where you would like to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Quick Tip #2: Add 20-30 drops Grapefruit to a full bottle of shampoo or conditioner. Use regularly to stimulate hair growth.
